Peter J. Lee

Peter is a mechanical engineer working in the exciting world of office supply product development. He lives in northern Illinois, with his wife Melanie and two young kids Kaden and Maya. 

Having discovered a love of fantasy books in the 5th grade after a lifetime of hating reading, he grew up into a well-rounded adult nerd, with hobbies including Dungeons and Dragons, Magic: The Gathering, playing Farming Simulator and Minecraft with his son, reading (but mostly listening now), woodworking, and creating overly complicated spreadsheets to track hobbies.

Ignoring an ill-advised Pokemon fanfiction he wrote when he was nine, Peter began writing in 2020, turning aD&D campaign setting he’d created into the story that became Dear Spellbook in the search to find something to fill his time while confined to a rocking chair waiting for his son to fall asleep.
