R.P. JONES

R.P. Jones is a writer and editor based in Edinburgh, Scotland. He has published 6 books and edited 3 anthologies. He is the deputy editor of Scotland's only sci-fi magazine, Shoreline of Infinity, and has a PhD in Creative Writing from The University of Edinburgh. Russell was also the UK's first Pet Poet Laureate, and wrote children's stories for Disney. Russell currently writes fiction and poetry for children, young adults and adults, primarily in sci-fi and fantasy genres. 

Russell has been an avid gamer since the ripe age of about 6, playing RPG's on the BBC Micro, all the way to modern day consoles. His favourite videogame RPG series are Elder Scrolls, Baldur's Gate, Fallout, Final Fantasy, Divinity, Mass Effect and Banner Saga. He also enjoys travelling and eating too much, is a fan of White Russians, Springer Spaniels and karaoke.
